Sustenance, celebration + modest meets Michelin star

Drinking and dining experiences, whether modest, Michelin star or “best bar,” create powerful moments and deep memories, while introducing the essence of the ingredients and the people dreaming up dishes and concocting cocktails. My first-ever banh mi in Hanoi eaten peacefully above the chaos of the street, and a bracing craft cocktail sipped in the hidden enclave of PDT in NYC are just two transformative experiences etched in my mind.
