Corporate storytelling

Whether for profit or not, organizations need to communicate with their audiences and make their messages count. Sometimes they’re selling a dream, educating their clients or members or promoting products, people and places.

Let’s tell your story

  • Blogs

Connecting with audiences can be less formal but just as informative. I’ve collaborated with organization such as Capgemini, Destination Canada, Destination Vancouver, Vancity, Worldsource Wealth Management and others to produce both time-sensitive and evergreen content, bringing experts’ voices into the mix to add value that resonates with readers.

  • Magazine articles

Award-winning PIVOT magazine, produced by CPA Canada, shares stories about business and the people shaping the future in Canada and beyond. AMA and BCAA magazines also contribute practical insights to its members through storytelling, tackling topics such as home insurance and electric vehicles. Check out my magazine editing work for previous corporate clients such as BC Hydro and Central 1 Credit Union.

  • Content strategy

When Tourism Vancouver (now Destination Vancouver) wanted to overhaul its official visitors’ guide, we came up a content strategy to showcase the city in more dynamic ways. We tapped into local celebs and insiders to share their city picks and produced playful roundups on how to explore neighbourhoods (like travelling by water or beer touring) and more.
